Headhunting key hires from the market
Reporting and tracking of conversion rates
Ensuring RTW covered for all candidates
Develop and maintain a strong network of sales/marketing professional to pipeline talent
Profile
Successful candidates will be strong, knowledgeable recruiters. FMCG background preferred but not essential.
Candidates from an agency background are encouraged to apply as well.
