Resourcing Coordinator

A Recruitment Coordinator is required on a temporary to permanent basis in Stratford

A Large, national organisation requires a Recruitment Coordinator for an immediate start based in Stratford.
This role is working within a team and is on a temporary to permanent basis.

Your new role


* Take full ownership and accountability for the end to end of the recruitment process establishing a clear understanding of what the business requires.
* Proactively source, attract, interview and recruit candidates into your assigned business area
* Develop adverts that are on-brand and on message
* Develop new "candidate streams", passively engage with talent in the short and long term building well managed productive talent pipelines including social networking and other new media avenues.


What you'll need to succeed
Experience within an in house resourcing team or agency is required. As this is a temporary position you will need to be available immediately. Experience of direct source methods and knowledge of social media or experience of high volume recruitment would be advantageous.
