Retail is supposed to be dead. Hmm. Well, there's no denying it's a tough industry to be in at times, but find me one that isn't? These guys are transforming to adapt to new consumer needs and behaviours and getting themselves fit for future. And when you see who's running this show, you'll know they mean business.

You'll join as the Head of HR Business Partnering, supporting a national team, creating the long term strategy that can reduce turnover, increase engagement, ensure robust succession and development plans. You'll lead them through change - not just structural, but contractual, cultural and behavioural.

You'll get to form robust relationships with senior leaders, giving them the support and coaching needed to for them to succeed. After you have spent some time becoming fluent in what is a complex, evolving business, you'll start the process of succeeding the divisional HRD - big shoes to fill.

This is not for the faint hearted - this is a big job - but there is so much to achieve. You'll need to have worked in a sizeable business, supporting a multi-site population, operating at Head of level, and have the flexibility to travel extensively nationwide.
