Transactional People Analytics Manager
An great opportunity has arisen to lead the HR/Transactional Analytics Team for this large London Borough. This role has responsibility for leading on the design and development, together with the ongoing improvement to all People and Payroll Systems and business intelligence within the shared service centre.
The successful candidate will have substantial management experience of doing a similar role at a senior level in a large complex organisation. You will also have a very strong sense of what it means to deliver a customer focused shared service, together with an ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all those involved in the transactional process. Experience of Oracle ERP is highly desirable.
