Your new company

Your new company is a busy hospitality company based in the scenic region of Gretna. Our client is currently going through a busy period of growth and are now looking to welcome a new part-time HR Administrator to their dynamic team for a period of 6 months on a 2-3 day week with the possibility of a permanent placement.

Your new role

Your new job will be looking after the employee lifecycle, from job adverts through to interviews, contracts and leavers. You will be answering HR queries, looking after personnel files and data, reporting on weekly absences, follow up on absence reports, highlighting key trigger points and advising on interventions in addition to ensuring compliance with right to work checks.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal applicant with have prior experience in a busy HR function, be highly organised, a self-starter with excellent administration skills, the ability to work under pressure and is able to work to deadlines.

What you'll get in return

Our client is offering a rate of £9.50+ per hour, part-time hours, 28 days holiday and much more.
