Your new company
A large and successful distribution business with over 25 sites in the UK, is looking for a new HR Administrator to join their busy HR team.

Your new role
Supporting the HR department in an administrative capacity, you will be an ambassador of the HR team and enjoy a busy and varied workload. You will manage the HR database, ensuring all paperwork relating to new starters, transfers, promotions and probation's is completed and maintained. You will produce standard offer letters and contracts along with all required pre-employment checks. The HRBP's & HR Analyst require support with generalist HR activities such as preparation of data and reports, drafting formal meeting invitations, outcome letters, note taking in disciplinaries as appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have come from a successful HR administrative background, with a good understanding of Human Resources, payroll and recruitment related activities. You will have excellent communication skills, able to handle queries from a range of stakeholders. Strong IT systems skills are required as you will be using various inhouse databases to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
