Your new role

This is a broad generalist HR Advisor role where you will be responsible for on boarding, performance management, disciplinary and grievance, worker complaints, employee benefits, best practice, employment law,
policies and procedures and terms and conditions.

The role will be an interim position initially so you'll need to be available to start at short notice but extensions to the contract or a permanent role are possibilities for the right person.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced HR Advisor - able to work on own initiative.
You will need strong employment law knowledge
Self-motivated and confident in handling all manner of ER cases
