As the HR MI & Reporting Manager you will be accountable for creating and implementing a number of best practices and governance standards regarding MI & Reporting, workforce planning and collaborative working with both the HR team and the wider business. Alongside leadership and management responsibility for a small team, as HR MI & Reporting Manager your role will include: 

  • Managing the strategic process for the collation of information from all areas of HR in relation to performance against business plan targets and KPIs
  • Accountable for the development and implementation of HR’s data strategy
  • Understanding reporting needs across the organisation and identifying solutions to improve reporting capabilities
  • Evaluating requests for new/changed reports, designing and developing pre-defined and adhoc reports
  • Championing knowledge management and the value of analysis across the organisation
  • Leading the roll-out and training on information & reporting mechanisms 
  • Identifying solutions and providing coaching to improve analytics capabilities and HR System usage

 The successful candidate will offer:

  • A proven background in HR MI, data analysis and reporting with the ability to think strategically and arrive at logical outcomes on the basis of sound data analysis 
  • The ability to interpret findings and present insights to relevant audiences
  • Excellent planning, management and coordination skills
  • Strong team working and be able to work with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for service delivery, with the ability to develop and sustain robust relationships at all levels
  • Experience of working knowledge of organisational design; change management principles and MI principles
  • Knowledge of Oracle OTBI, SQL query writing, Tableau dashboard development
  • An understanding of Project Management methodology
  • Proven experience of Risk Analysis and Data management
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft packages, word, Visio and Excel
  • A working knowledge of GDPR regulations
  • Proven leadership and management skills and experience, with well-developed negotiating and influencing skills
  • Experience of leading and implementing new ways of working
