HR Manager (Resourcing and Systems)
Our client has an exciting fixed term (maternity cover) opportunity available for a HR Manager specialising in resourcing and systems. The role would be a great step for an experienced recruiter who is keen to take on more of a managerial responsibility.
This role supports the effective recruitment and selection of all roles and covers all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
You will support the Head of HR in the maintenance and development of the current HRIS system and acquisition of a new system. The other major component of this position will be working on the overall workforce strategy. This would include consulting with managers on workforce trends and ensuring they meet with organisational requirements.
Other duties of the role include –
Support the Head of HR on improving employee retention and resourcing strategies.
Support the wider HR management team on solutions to improve ER case management.
In partnership with the HR Management team, develop and train the HR Resourcing Team.
Ensure maintenance of electronic records and employee files.
Support the Head of HR to ensure relevant polices pertaining to Human Resource Management, Resourcing and HR systems are current.
Represent the interests of resourcing and HR at internal and external stakeholder meetings as required.
Assist with a range of key HR projects, as assigned.
