You'll be working for a profitable, growing and fast paced FinTech business, amongst an amazing team of technical experts, with a huge appetite for development.

You'll get the best of both worlds here - you'll be in pretty much a standalone role (so heaps of autonomy and freedom) but with support, coaching and development from a really experienced People Manager. You won't have done everything this role needs you to do, but you'll be able to pick it up.

Reporting into the European People Manager, you will be a bona fide 'roll your sleeves up' business partner. You will understand the value an HR function has in delivering key business objectives and have the foresight to spot opportunities to innovate and develop new ways of doing things.

Day to day you'll partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts in recruitment, compensation, learning and development to design and implement the people strategy. You will be coaching leaders through an exciting time of growth hence your ability to establish your personal and functional credibility and to build strong working relationships acting as a trusted advisor will be key.
