Description
As the interim HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of one assistant as well as being the "go to" person on site for HR queries. You will work closely with the wider HR team including the HR BP'S on the roll out of strategic projects. There will be the opportunity to gain some exposure to International HR also.
Profile
The successful HR Operations Manager will:
* be immediately available or on a short notice period - ESSENTIAL
* have previously worked in a similar generalist position - ESSENTIAL
* be a strong written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL
* enjoy working in a small team - ESSENTIAL
* hold the CIPD or equivalent qualification - DESIRABLE
Job Offer
This is a 12 month fixed term based in Skipton, Bradford. Paying up to £45,000 + benefits
Conveniently located near the train station so commutable from Leeds and some areas of Lancashire.
