Job Details

A fantastic care provider in London are recruiting an HR Manager on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver generalist Human Resources expertise.

Responsibilities 

  • Advising staff on HR policies and processes, displaying an excellent understanding of employment law and legislation
  • Partner across the business to ensure that learning and development practices fit individual and organisational needs
  • Line manage a team of 3
  • Mange employee relations cases
  • Lead on performance management and making use of performance planning data apply it to ongoing management initiatives

Qualifications/experience required

  • Proven experience as a HR Manager, preferably within the care sector
  • Ideally, experience as a standalone HR Manager
  • Outstanding stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent employment law knowledge
