Job Details
A fantastic care provider in London are recruiting an HR Manager on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver generalist Human Resources expertise.
Responsibilities
- Advising staff on HR policies and processes, displaying an excellent understanding of employment law and legislation
- Partner across the business to ensure that learning and development practices fit individual and organisational needs
- Line manage a team of 3
- Mange employee relations cases
- Lead on performance management and making use of performance planning data apply it to ongoing management initiatives
Qualifications/experience required
- Proven experience as a HR Manager, preferably within the care sector
- Ideally, experience as a standalone HR Manager
- Outstanding stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent employment law knowledge
