Head of People Business Partnering

With over 2,000 employees and 12,000 volunteers, the RSPB is an exciting place to work and is currently seeking a Head of People Business partnering, to lead the team of People Business Partners supporting the organisation and leading on a range of people interventions.

Salary starting at £39,970 to £43,301 per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent

You will have excellent people management skills, the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships across the business and be able to use your influencing skills to challenge when necessary. A champion of the business partnering model you will have energy and drive to promote the benefit of strong people leadership for organisational success. You will have significant knowledge and experience in HR and L&D.

This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. You will be asked to declare unspent convictions and cautions at offer of employment stage.
