You will be great at building relationships to achieve outcomes and have a tenacity for high expectations when it comes to finding talent for TLG. We’re looking for someone who can influence others, handle complexities and implement HR processes that enable TLG to meet its vision.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong and vibrant Christian faith. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.
Starting Salary: £30,546 - £38,008 (FTE) (Plus up to 10% pension employer contribution. Relocation allowance also available)
Hours: 37.5 (Monday – Friday, occasional evening and weekend work required. We would consider those interested in part-time working hours and could reconfigure elements of the role to enable this)
