Job Details
TLG (Transforming Lives for Good) is a Christian charity supporting children who are struggling across the UK, working in partnerships with churches. We’re passionate about building an exceptional staff team that love making a difference across the UK. We’re looking for a natural leader who has some experience of working in HR and is inspired by the opportunity of finding, developing and keeping excellent people in one of the fastest growing charities out there. You will be great at building relationships to achieve outcomes and have a tenacity for high expectations when it comes to finding talent for TLG. We’re looking for someone who can influence others, handle complexities and implement HR processes that enable TLG to meet its vision.
A relocation package is available.
We are looking for individuals who have a strong and vibrant Christian faith. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.
Starting Salary: £30,546 - £38,008 (FTE) (Plus up to 10% pension employer contribution. Relocation allowance also available)
Hours: 37.5 (Monday – Friday, occasional evening and weekend work required. We would consider those interested in part-time working hours and could reconfigure elements of the role to enable this)
