HR Consultant - up to £40,000 - Gloucestershire

A Legal growing HR consultancy based in Gloucestershire providing Corporate and Commercial advice to hundreds of businesses nationwide.

Your new role
You will be providing up to date ER advice and guidance over the phone/face to face including conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations
Providing advice and support for strategic projects including restructures, TUPE transfers etc.
Providing People management training, HR updates
The role requires frequent travel for client visits and networking events which could be overseas.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD Level 7 qualified or working towards this
Experience as working as an HR Consultant, HR Business Partner, Strategic HR or People Management role
The ability to management complex and multiple case loads
Sound business acumen
