Profile

You should be an experienced HR professional who has a strong specialism in pay and reward systems. Due to the size of the organisation, extensive experience in operating within a business partner model would be essential. You should also be able to use analytics and data to inform decisions. This role will suit a natural leader who communicates knowledge with confidence and a commercial manner.


Job Offer

This role is a 12m FTC paying circa £55,000 and a decent pension.
