Head of HR
We are looking for a talented new Head of HR to act as business partner across the charity, developing an excellent central HR service to meet the charity’s needs, and supporting every staff member to fulfil their objectives to make a direct difference for people affected by bowel cancer.
This involves developing and implementing a People and Culture strategy for the charity, including talent management, employee engagement, reward and recognition, learning and development, performance management and all supporting policies and procedures.
This is a unique and important opportunity for someone with a significant level of generalist HR experience at the level of Head of HR, Senior HR Manager, or Senior Business Partner within a fast-paced and flexible organisation, ideally within the voluntary or not for profit sector.
