Job Details
A fantastic organisation in London are recruiting an HR Business Partner on an interim basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist Human Resources expertise.
Responsibilities
- Partner across the organisation and ensure that management understands and is aligned with the HR Strategy
- Lead on planned and ad hoc HR projects
- Lead on the implementation of the apprenticeship scheme, taking ownership of the process
- Establish relationships across the business, advising on matters such as ER, change management and learning & development
- Review the recruitment process, establishing the best ways to attract talent and ensure that they are meeting the needs of the organization
- Carry out stakeholder management of senior members of staff and the directorate
Qualifications/experience required
- Excellent employment law knowledge and experience with complex ER matters
- Experience with processing visas
- Experience carrying out stakeholder management, influencing managers at all levels
- CIPD Qualified
