Right now, our Project Management Office is playing a major part in our organisation's evolution and will be a critical platform for continued transformation. As such, we require PMO Analyst to help support a team of Project and Programme Managers to define and scope a series of complex and large-scale change programmes across the organisation.

Your new role
You will enjoy a varied, challenging and exciting role where you will be responsible for leading, designing and implementing change across UKRI to meet its strategic objectives. You will utilise your project management experience coupled with sound analytical skills to successfully deliver multiple projects on time. You will produce a vast range of quality MI and assist in the development of PMO processes and toolkits. Additionally, you will pro-actively problem solve to ensure key project milestones are met and potential risks are minimised.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will need to have a foundation PRINCE2 qualification and demonstrable experience of providing analytical support in a project environment. You will have sound knowledge of recruitment methodologies and be able to make informed decisions in a complex environment. You will have proven analytical skills and be able to produce quality reports for a variety of key stakeholders across the business.

What you'll get in return
You'll earn a starting salary of £37,789 per annum and will be entitled to several competitive benefits including 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible working and access to exclusive employee discounts. This role is being offered on a fixed term contract basis and will be based in the Swindon office.
