Interim HR BP - £450 per day/c£70k FTC – 3-4 months - Hertfordshire & travel
This Services organisation is looking to recruit an interim HR Business Partner for 3-4 months (April – July 2019) whilst they undergo a complex restructure to decentralise their business.
NB – this role must be paid inside IR35 as a PAYE employee.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Managing/supporting the People Change Agenda
- Supporting the People Organisational aspect
- Holding meetings with field based staff to review their options – new jobs v redundancy
The person:
This role requires a hands on, interim HR BP who can manage their own diary/workload across multi site locations – the ideal would be home based in the South Midlands/Northamptonshire with travel 2-3 days per week.
Previous experience of handling consultations with complex legacy Terms would be ideal.
