Your new role
As Assistant HR BP you will have the opportunity to join the HR team with a focus on OD (organisational development) in a role supporting and advising the organisation across a wide range of projects including well being, restructures, diversity and inclusion and change management. This will involve managing objectives, researching and proposing ideas and will need to be influential and communicative.

What you'll need to succeed
This will suit someone who is organised and managed change and supported the transformation of behaviours. You will be a credible experienced HR professional with a strong background delivering research and projects effectively. You will be someone who is comfortable building relationships via effective communication, organisation and interpersonal skills - solution focuses and proactive.
