Our client has exciting opportunities for experienced HR professionals to provide a seamless and efficient HR service to line managers within their client businesses. As part of a team of over 200 like-minded HR individuals, you will provide comprehensive, pragmatic support over the telephone, advising on a range of employee relations issues, particularly discipline, grievance, capability/performance management and sickness. With an organised approach, you will be accustomed to working on a variety of HR procedures, proactively managing ER cases and ensuring that each individual case is efficiently progressed. Staying abreast of HR best practice is an essential part of the role, as you will also act as a mentor to our HR Assistants, offering support and guidance on complex cases.


Ideally CIPD qualified, your specific experience should include wide-ranging aspects of HR and / or employee relations, with a good understanding of HR policy and procedures. The busy nature of this role requires exceptional organisation skills coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising on quality. You must also have up to date knowledge of employment law and the ability to think strategically and work on your own initiative. You will be confident when dealing with people at all levels and your high level communication skills, together with your ability to build effective working relationships, will come to the fore in this exciting role.
