Job Details
A well-regarded local government organisation is looking for a permanent HR Business Partner on a salary between £25,000 -£28,000.
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to drive business performance and deliver the organisation’s HR agenda.
Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice to managers in a range of ER issues.
• Guide and support in the successful delivery of a range of change programmes.
• Ensure that a high level of service is maintained according to the organisations guidelines.
• Develop strong relationship within a designated service area to drive forward people strategies.
Qualifications/Experience required:
• Experience in a similar role within the local government sector is essential.
