A prestigious British organization in London are recruiting a Learning and Development Manager on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver an outstanding L&D service.

Responsibilities 

  • Implement an organisation-wide Learning and Development strategy
  • Lead the organisations performance management framework ensuring it is in line with the L&D strategy
  • Identify training and development needs at an organisational wide level as part of the talent management programme
  • Lead on the organisations Apprenticeship scheme as well as their levy contribution
  • Carry out stakeholder management across the organization, ensuring there is buy in to the L&D strategy
  • Manage the LMS and ensure that all e-learning tools are developed and are best suited to the organisations needs
  • Liaise with external training providers and be responsible for the procurement and supplier management

Qualifications/experience required

  • Proven experience leading on L&D initiatives
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, able to establish relationships across a varied workforce
  • A flexible approach, able to adapt to multiple priorities and demands
  • Experience of designing and delivering training for diverse groups
  • Experience of managing an apprenticeship scheme
