Permanent HR Relationship Manager role based in Cambridge

Your new role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing a succession and workforce planning programme
- Identify and address skills gaps.
- Identify high performing and high potential individuals at all levels and make sure proactive plans are in place to support their development.
- Support behavioural and cultural change
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement

This role is a regional role with 2-3 days a week based in the Cambridge office and the remaining working days can be spent working from an office local to the successful candidate.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will either be studying or have completed CIPD level 7. They will also have experience of working in a large matrix organisation, with strategical responsibilities particularly workforce and succession planning.
