Fyte HR (Previously Hudson) are excited to be recruiting an experienced Graduate Scheme Programme Manager for a great client of ours based in the Hertfordshire area, although consideration will be given to candidates based in other locations across the UK as the role involves nationwide travel.

This is your chance to design, build and grow Graduate programmes for the business. You will work closely with the business and education providers to create a pipeline of Graduates. You will scope and design the content and deploy the full programmes.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Providing an unparalleled development experience for our Graduates and Degree Apprentices
* Build and obtain programme buy in from the Executive and Senior Management teams
* Working with the business to identify the most appropriate programmes for the business to fill future skills gaps and attract talent
* Designing, scheduling and running the programmes
* Overseeing the rotations throughout the programme and working with the business to support the process with training and appropriate materials
* Professional qualification management and liaison
* Pastoral and developmental support
* Running of mentor and buddy programmes
* Management of the Levy and maximising draw down
* Support STEM and diversity agendas
* Work with the Emerging Talent team to run assessment centres
* Providing analytics

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

* Proven experience creating best in class Graduate programmes
* Experience of creating and delivering meaningful and engaging programmes for Graduates
* Experience of running assessment centres
* Experience of working with providers/colleges/universities to create programmes meeting business needs
* Willingness to travel across the UK
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* High energy, resilient and passionate

Desirable Qualifications:

* Holding a recognised membership in coaching and /or training and development
* Proven track record of having created and implemented quality Graduate programmes across both general business and technical nature
