Your new role
The Senior HR Business Partner will support a Divisional leadership team and develop people strategies aligned to business objectives and meet people issues. The post holder will lead on workforce planning, change management projects and cultural change programmes. The Senior HRBP will implement and drive initiatives on employee engagement,talent management, leadership, employee relations, organisational development and performance management. The post is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate with be an accomplished HR Business Partner with significant experience of strategic HR, senior operational HR management and change management. Strong people management and stakeholder management skills will be vital to success in the role.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 plus car
