Your new role
As Reward Officer you will report directly into the Reward Manager who you will work very closely with. The organisation is changing in several ways and they want to ensure that they continue to deliver above expectations. It's a great time to join the organisation and this job will give the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the pay and benefits on offer, advising HR Colleagues and managers to deliver customer focused solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: leading on an annual salary review, developing benefits on offer (with restricted budgets) and analysing data. This is a permanent position.

What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrate excellent numerical and analytical skills which will allow you to interpret complex data and convey this to stakeholders across the organisation. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent knowledge on reward and benefit schemes generally.
