HR Officer required immediately for a permanent job in Sheffield

My client is a successful education business in Sheffield. They have high standards and strong values which are recognised throughout the organisation. This role is a key role within the organisation to deliver outstanding HR support.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supplying high quality HR and TUPE support across the organisation. You will provide HR advice across the organisation, effectively communicating with Unions and providing TUPE support when needed. You will report the the Head of HR and develop and deliver on consistent policies across the organisation. You will provide HR advice on disciplinaries, attendance management and grievances.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience within HR, delivering ER advice to stakeholders and developing HR policies. You will have experience of TUPE and working with trade unions. Ideally you will have experience of within the Education, Further Education or University sectors.
