Recruitment Coordinator

Recruitment Coordinator required for an immediate start based in Crewe.

My client are a leading freight logistics business with sites across the UK and a large depot based in Central. They are now looking for an experienced recruitment Coordinator to start with them as soon as possible.

The role will be for a minimum of 6 months.

Duties:-

* Advertising roles both internally and externally upon completion of Authority to Recruit forms
* Reviewing/shortlisting candidate suitability for Management team
* Arranging and coordinating interviews - both at Crewe and some travel to other location to run assessment days with overnight stays required.
* Obtaining feedback
* Production of offer letters/contracts
* Arranging medicals, transport and accommodation where required
* Managing internal and external stakeholders
* Review and updating of recruitment spreadsheets
* Coordinating the Graduate Driver programme
* Nationwide travel to support interviews, with occasional overnight stays (costs covered by the business)

Previous recruitment experience is essential for this role.
