Excellent permanent job opportunity for a Group Learning and Development Manager in Sheffield

Your new company
You will be working for a well known brand, they operate within the service sector and are an SME organisation. My client is well known in the local area and are an employer of choice, they are based in South Sheffield close to Chesterfield.

Your new role
You will report to the HR Director and oversee the Learning and Development team. You will oversee two members of staff and work with them to develop and deliver an outstanding service to all employees. You will be expected to learn the business and identify key training needs within various different departments. In addition you will work with key stakeholders to deliver management training and talent programmes. In addition to these key duties you will lead on staff engagement surveys, and manage the apprenticeship levy.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience of leading an Learning and Development team and working closely with key stakeholders particularly at Director level. Ideally you will have you CIPD qualification or equivalent.
