Full-time, 37 hours per week

£38,813 – £42,683 pa

If you are an experienced HR Business Partner, CIPD qualified, with outstanding communication skills, this is a great opportunity to take on a diverse and stimulating role. You will be joining a small forward-thinking HR advisory team, where everyone’s contribution is noticed and this is a great opportunity to build your skills and experience.

Working alongside the Head of HR and OD, you will build strong, professional relationships throughout the organisation, providing business-focused advice, guidance and coaching. You will be key to ensuring that we attract, develop and retain talented people who are fully engaged and empowered to contribute to our future.

Strong generalist HR experience (particularly around employee relations) and an up-to-date knowledge of employment law are both important, together with excellent influencing skills. You should also have the ability to help us move away from a ‘one size fits all’ approach and develop innovative solutions to meet individual needs.
