Your new company
You will be working for a leading Sheffield company who have recently created this new role within their HR team. This is an exciting time to join the company who have created a number of new roles due to recent success within the business.
Your new role
As Talent and Engagement Partner you will ownership for the company's International graduate programme as well as any additional talent programmes across the company. Initially you will be responsible for managing the graduates on rotational assignments within projects, central services and internationally. In addition you will be responsible HR projects such as Group Engagement surveys, the Group induction process and ad hoc projects related to projects.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have proven experience of managing HR talent programmes and projects, it is essential you have previous experience of the international graduate recruitment market. You must have stakeholder management experience within a large organisation and be able to demonstrate the ability to source talent from outside of the UK
