Regional HR Business Partner

Your new company
Our hospitality client is recruiting for a Regional HR Business Partner covering the South of the UK. You will be home based and required to travel around to sites in Brighton, Eastbourne, Southampton and Portsmouth.

Your new role
As a HR Business Partner you will be providing expert advice, leadership and coaching across a range of HR subject areas, act as a true business partner to the region, lead on any change projects in the region and working with the ER Advisor and the ER Team Leader to spot trends and examples of poor practice or procures in your business area.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience of working as a HR Business Partner and at least 1 years multi-site regional experience in a HR role. Retail or Hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

What you'll get in return
