Recruitment Officer

Internal recruitment job, based in Sheffield looking for an immediate start

Your new company
You will be based in North Sheffield, working for a company with clear set values and an excellent reputation. The company have grown recently and will continue to do so offering excellent long term opportunities.

Your new role
You will report into the Head of HR and you will take a lead role in all recruitment activities. You will prepare comprehensive recruitment packs, advise key stakeholders on recruitment processes and ensure the board has accurate reports on recruitment statistics. You will write job descriptions and advertise all vacancies and manage recruitment campaigns across all relevant social media sites. You will shortlist for interviews and be the main point of contact when arranging all interviews. Once new hires have confirmed acceptance of the job you will then co-ordinate and carry out document verification and on board them into the organisation. You will also be expected to attend relevant Recruitment Events at Universities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked in a recruitment role, ideally in house and within the Education sector. You must be able to demonstrate you can run recruitment campaigns from beginning to end and manage stakeholders expectations.
