An opportunity has arisen, due to maternity cover, for a Interim HR Business Partner for a minimum of 9 months FTC. The salary will be up to £55k. The role is based from the site in Solihull.

Reporting into the HR Director, as Interim HR Business Partner, you will be partnering with Directors and Senior Managers within your client group, and you will operate as an integral part of it. The role has a full generalist remit, including working on a variety of initiatives around Well-being and Mental Health. Talent Development and Succession Planning are key to the role, operating as an advisor to Managers throughout the process, this includes International Mobility. There will be some exposure to Reward elements, including bonus, pay reviews and a review of the job grading structure.

The role is to start in July, to have a handover with the current HR Business Partner.

CIPD Level 5 minimum, or equivalent, as an experienced HR Business Partner you will be a self-starter, and look at continuous improvement of processes. You will have worked within either an FMCG environment or worked with client groups of Sales and Marketing.
