A Non-Ministerial Government Department in Holborn is looking for an HR Operations Manager for a 3 months contract.

Your new company

A Non-Ministerial Government Department in Holborn is looking for an HR Operations Manager to join their team for a 3 months contract. This is a full-time role, 37 hours a week and is paying £30.74 per hour on PAYE and £35 per hour via Umbrella company.

Your new role

You will be reporting to the Head of HR Operations in a large HR team and oversee the Pay and Reward functions. As HR Operations Manager, you will be line managing 2 others in your Pay and Reward team and work effectively to lead the implementation of the organisation's Pay strategy. Your role will also focus on working closely with senior business stakeholders to develop and deliver the Pay work plans. This will also include, being initiative, leading business cases and efficiently managing a strategic Pay and Reward project.

Furthermore, you will essentially be analysing annual Pay data and working collaboratively with the wider team to maintain and improve the Pay and Reward policies. As an individual, you will possess a strong project management experience and have exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience of working in a similar role, where you have led the implementation of a Pay and Reward project. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to present the Business proposals for Pay and Reward strategies. You will easily adapt into a busy work environment and establish strong relationships across the management in a short period of time. Furthermore, a strong understanding and experience of HR Systems Development and integration is desirable.
