Job Details

I am currently working with a London based university to recruit an HR Analyst on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs leading universities during an exciting system optimisation programme.

The main accountabilities held within this role will include:

  • Support the HR Manager, Information & Systems in the provision of a variety of HR metrics
  • Take a lead role in the development of HR management information reporting, including developing new reports and new software
  • Prepare ad hoc reports based on HR and Payroll data for use by HR Specialists, HR Services, HR Partners and other managers
  • Provide regular monthly management information, including staff FTE statistics, notification of starters and leavers reports and sickness reports
  • Maintain the HR Information & Systems content on the HR website
  • Carry out a variety of ResourceLink system administration tasks, under the guidance of the HR Manager, Information & Systems

The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience, which will include HR, IT, and/or payroll, as well as strengths in analysis and maximising the usage of data and software to produce customer-focused outcomes are essential. Current knowledge of ResourceLink HR & Payroll system and the Business Objects reporting tool are highly desirable.
