Part-Time L&D Coordinator
I am currently working with a membership body based in central London to recruit a Learning & Development Coordinator on an interim basis. This is a part time role working 2.5 days per week.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop within the L&D arena and be involved with a range of exciting projects and initiatives
In this role you will be the first point of contact within an L&D capacity, resolving any queries through various methods of communications. You will maintain excellent customer experience throughout for internal and external stakeholders.
The main accountabilities held within this role will include:
- Represent L&D as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing first time resolution to general enquiries
- Manage and maintain administrative requirements for planning and operationalising all learning activities
- Manage and maintain L&D systems and tools
- Promote a culture of inclusion in relation to L&D activities, making Diversity and Inclusion part of everything you do
The ideal candidate will have strong experience of planning and scheduling training events as well as the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.
