For this role you will work with senior stakeholders and Leaders across the DVLA to influence and steer their People strategy and drive the HR agenda.

You will provide solid and consistent HR counsel and support operational leaders to make appropriate people decisions in line with their business plans. The role will enable you to build strong partnerships across the business to enhance performance by improving the capability and motivation of their people. You will gain a solid understanding of business goals and support the HR Business Partner to prioritise HR requirements and ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
