An Employee Relations Team Leader role based in Birmingham. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Your new role
The Employee Relations Team Leader will be responsible for managing a small employee relations team. The post holder will ensure the delivery of a professional advisory service and that SLAs are achieved. The ER Team Leader will manage complex cases and act as a point of escalation to the team. Additionally the role will work in partnership with the team, wider HR function and the business to identify trends and continuous improvement ideas. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have strong employee relations expertise and have previous experience of managing a HR team. Candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, be analytical, and be able to build a high performing and engaged team.
