Description

We're moving from a recruitment model to a Talent Acquisition Model at Aegon to improve customer service and implement a direct sourcing model. As part of this new model, we're seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us.



The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for delivering a talent acquisition service by managing key recruitment activities through the full hiring cycle, spanning both volume and non-volume recruitment.



An important part of this role is to implement a wide range of proactive candidate attraction approaches and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, market mapping and use of social media as we operate with a direct sourcing model. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will contribute to key talent acquisition initiatives such as:

* building the external profile through social media and digital platforms;
* continuously refining processes to promote Inclusion and Diversity and improve efficiency and consistency.



The Talent Acquisition Consultant will work with the wider team to plan and run effective recruitment campaigns and will play an active role in supporting early careers campaigns, building links with schools, colleges, universities and external organisations.


Profile

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be an experience recruiter with good knowledge and understanding of innovative routes to market for talent attraction. You'll have experience of running volume and non-volume campaigns using a range of candidate attraction routes. You'll have strong relationship building skills to foster partnerships externally and manage internal stakeholders.


Job Offer

An attractive salary of up to £48,000 with good benefits.
