Your new role Working in a supportive and busy team, you will providing a professional and high quality talent acquisition and succession service to support workforce and resourcing strategies, translating them into delivery plans and leading the team to deliver a high quality customer experience. You will be proactively managing recruitment, selection and promotion processes and reduce vacancies and reducing the use of agencies staff and cost per hire.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience gained in a recruitment role. This will be coupled with sound system and Excel skills. This a pivotal role in which you'll contribute to the performance of the force.
