Your new company
You will be working for an Education Charity in Central London.
Your new role
As interim Head of People you will report directly into the Director of Finance and Resources. In this interim position, you will be required to manage a comprehensive HR Service ensuring managers and employees are equipped with best practise to influence a high-performance culture. Specifically, you will be required to deliver key strategic objectives focusing on pay, reward and progression. This is an interim position for a period of 6 months paying £400 per day. Interviews will take place week commencing 20th May 2019 with the view to start week commencing 27th May 2019.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong generalist with experience influencing and shaping HR Values across the organisation. You will be a proactive individual who enjoys working independently even at times of uncertainty. Previous experience working within Education is highly desirable for this role but not essential so still apply if you demonstrate relevant work experience.
