HR Advisor - Leading charity - Up to £31,000 - South West London

Your new company
A fantastic charity is looking to further develop the HR team with the addition of an HR Advisor. This charity is highly involved in the community attempting to better the lives of children and young people. With smart offices, excellent transport links and a fantastic working environment, this is a highly desirable opportunity.


Your new role
This is a generalist HR role. Your responsibilities will include supporting complex ER cases, providing a professional HR service on pay and benefits, policies and procedures and employment law. You will provide support in performance management, HR administration and systems, communications and health and safety.


What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidates will be either CIPD level 5/7 qualified or possess an equivalent degree. Additionally, you would have a good working knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory framework for employment in the UK. Also, you would have strong IT and numeracy skills with the ability to present reports and statistics.


What you'll get in return
A fantastic annual salary circa £31,000, 25 days holiday rising to 27 days after 3 years service, discount schemes, season ticket loans, cycle to work scheme and flexible working options.
