A fantastic charity in London are recruiting an HR Business Partner on a 12-month basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist Human Resources expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across the organisation and ensure that management understands and is aligned with the HR Strategy
  • Lead on planned and ad hoc HR projects
  • Attend regular meetings with senior leadership to plan for implications for organisational design and change management
  • Establish relationships across the business, advising on matters such as ER, change management and learning & development
  • Work alongside the Head of HR to review the HR strategy and budget
  • Develop, implement and embed HR policies and procedures
  •  Lead on performance management and design a development strategy

Qualifications/experience required

  • Experience in a true business partnering role with experience in organisational design
  • Excellent employment law knowledge and experience with complex ER matters
  • Proven experience delivering HR projects
  • Experience carrying out stakeholder management, influencing managers at all levels
  • Experience developing an implementing salary and benefits packages
