Job Details
A fantastic charity in London are recruiting an HR Business Partner on a 12-month basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist Human Resources expertise.
Responsibilities
- Partner across the organisation and ensure that management understands and is aligned with the HR Strategy
- Lead on planned and ad hoc HR projects
- Attend regular meetings with senior leadership to plan for implications for organisational design and change management
- Establish relationships across the business, advising on matters such as ER, change management and learning & development
- Work alongside the Head of HR to review the HR strategy and budget
- Develop, implement and embed HR policies and procedures
- Lead on performance management and design a development strategy
Qualifications/experience required
- Experience in a true business partnering role with experience in organisational design
- Excellent employment law knowledge and experience with complex ER matters
- Proven experience delivering HR projects
- Experience carrying out stakeholder management, influencing managers at all levels
- Experience developing an implementing salary and benefits packages
