Your new company
You will be working for a well known not for profit organisation in Sheffield centre. The company are currently in an exciting period of change and development and you will be joining the organisation at an pivotal time in the companies development.
Your new role
You will report into the HR Manager of the team and will be working in a small but experienced HR team. The role is a true HR generalist role and will cover all aspects of HR. You will be responsible for two key departments within the organisation and must build strong stakeholder relationships guiding them through any ER issues. You will support them and their teams through a period of positive change, ensuring they have the tools needed through this journey. In addition you will assist in identifying training needs within the departments in order to strengthen teams. You will assist with recruitment when needed and provide ongoing support and advice to the line managers and staff within the teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Officer with ER experience and must be available and commit to the 18 month contract.
