Description
As the Resourcing Partner you will work closely with senior stakeholders and provide a full 360 recruitment service to this large distribution business.
Profile
The successful Resourcing Partner will:
* have worked in a similar position previously either in-house or agency - ESSENTIAL
* be a strong influencer and have good stakeholder management skills - ESSENTIAL
* be a good written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL
* have a short notice period or be immediately available - ESSENTIAL
* previously have recruited for sales roles - DESIRABLE
Job Offer
This is initially a 6 month contract position due to increased work loads and there is a realistic possibility of a permanent position and/or a contract extension.
Based close to the motorway network with free on-site parking, the role will pay up to £40,000 FTE
