Are you ready to run your own HR show?

In a start-up that will give you variety and flexibility?

This is a lovely one if you do…..

You'll be working for a small, digital consultancy, leading on their HR as they enter their next stage of growth, which is looking to be global.

You'll get to create and imbed HR policy, support recruitment and onboarding, work with leadership to imbed values, arrange training programmes, help increase leadership capability, manage reward and recognition - you'll really get to do the whole shebang.

You'll report to the CEO, so you have the ear of the top dog - not that it's that kind of business - there is no hierarchy, everyone works flexibly, and there is a true sense of team and collaboration - it's a pretty nice way to work.

What you'll need to bring to the table is a strong HR generalist skillset, gained in a small company. You'll have a skill for coaching - having those difficult conversations, and be able to present yourself with credibility as you make business recommendations to the CEO.

You'll be London based and every few weeks you'll get the chance to pop over to Dublin to check in on some of the guys based over there - nice!
